Discernment

Discernment: isn't just knowing what's right & what's wrong; it's differentiating between that which is right and that which is almost right.🙏 By Victor W.

"Good " Is The Best Way

I need to justify my accent clearly. I will always stand on the side of the right. I won't allow situations to change my stand. I can't dare repay back badly for the bad things done to me. Two wrongs cannot bring about right neither can they rectify messes. The consequences will always befall on you but don't be afraid of the right. Always remember that a man of integrity stands alone. Everyone will seem to be against you but at last you will arise victorious. There's no equilibrium between bad and good, the weight will always seem to fall by bad but at last the error is cleared and good ends up heavier that bad. Keep the conviction in you alive and let it drive all your actions, behavior and character for at last each and everyone will be accountable for his/her deeds. Once driven by the conviction in you, you will live without fears and doubts for you will be sure of all your ways.

ARE HOPES REAL?

Life really challenges. Is this how hopes work? Sometimes you wanna end up by a tough resolution but then since no one knows what tomorrow will be like, you just give yourself another chance. So you say, "aah noo ,,won't give up today maybe tomorrow is gonna be my day." Sadly the tomorrow ends in the same manner and it therefore becomes a routine of hoping and dying unchanged. This happens in cases where we rely on our own understanding instead of keeping our hopes inclined to God.  I don't like wishing,  I like going with reality(present) or the current situation to lay down a foundation  for my tomorrow and if things fall apart; I feel disappointed but atleast got to come up with a nearly possible alternative.I believe if we face reality and decide to replace unfruitful wishes    by  commitment, dedication   and  hardwork then we may be at a very good position to see our lives change to the higher levels. No one would love to remain the same forever or till death. W

DOES CRY HELP OR HEAL?

"Cry Does Not Heal" 'Cry does not heal...' I have been thinking over and over trying to find the meaning of this expression. I started by checking the meaning of "cry" and I found it associated with loud scream, weaping and shedding tears. Well, this reminded me of something but then I said ,NO,let me check the meaning of the word 'heal' and I found it associated with curing, repair and bringing back to normal or rather to restore. I then remembered my past life fully sorrounded by cries. My life was tough. I used to live at the Coast with a woman I used to call mum. She was loving and caring. Later I was snatched off from her with excuse that I was to get circumcised. She wept and tried to stop my departure but nothing changed the final word.  On my arrival to my new environment in western Kenya,I was informed she was not my mother and so she didn't deserve to be with me. At this point my life shifted its course. I didn't know what and wh

A good note taker doesn't necesserily need a note pad nor a pen...lifetime is the best stationary. You can learn and grow mature daily by getting lessons from the experiences you face daily.                                        Victor Winjila
