"Magesty In A Manger"

In many ways, there was nothing particularly special about the baby or the birth. That poverty, that narrowly-averted scandal when Mary fell pregnant, that greeting party of those social misfits ( the shepherds); none of it was worthy of a king. None of it was majestic. And yet the birth of Jesus was precisely that. Within its mystery was such mighty love as only a true leader of all humankind could display. It was majesty in its purest, most marvelous form. His first breaths in a cowshed and his first steps as a refugee on the run from a despotic regime, they were exactly the kind of remarkable start that only our King of Kings would choose. And in this detail we discover a profound truth, that God was prepared to go to extraordinary lengths in order to reach us. This whole chapter in Isaiah is a key player in the Bible. It is quoted in the books of John, Matthew, and Romans to name but three, and it presents us with the clearest explanation of sin and atonement. And these verses t

NO EXCUSES NO DELAY!!!

As my spiritual authority was talking to me today about delay something came to my mind .He did not know it but he was confirming something in my mind . Since yesterday my mind was on Jonah and I kept comparing myself to Jonah and how he tried to avoid his assignment because he was too scared it might not turn out as expected. I remembered my pastor saying that God Can Save Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime But He Chooses Who To Use At a Time. I was just thinking how many times have I run from my ministry because I was too scared . How many times have I told God I don't want to do it n I don't trust you enough you might let me down. How many times have I told God that He should just take someone else. Where am I getting at with this? So many things don't turn out how we want them to. We pray and try but its not His will for us yet we usually want our way too much that we don't see that what He is doing in our lives is greater that what we can see with our physical eye

BEING READY TO GRASP OF THE LORD GOD

It's only a student who remains attentive in class and follows instructions who at last performs well and arises victorious. The Lord God says "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.." (Psalms 32:8) Are you ready to learn from your heavenly Father? Remain attentive and focus on Him. Take your notes keenly. Do your homework. He will teach you and at the end of academic season you will remain to be the surprise and the talk of the day. Your gift of good performance awaits. Tips of success: Prayer Faith/Trust Commitment/devotion/dedication Holy word as the text book. At times we fall short of His grace because we assume Him whenever He's speaking to us. He gives us the correct direction but we choose our own routes just because we love shortcuts. Excuses have drawn us away from Him. We should avoid the spirit of excuses. Always remember that Jonah and Moses gave filthy excuses but at last de

THURSDAY WORD

Image
Good morning pal. ... It's a Throwback  Thursday .... Now do your checking. Review your life 3 years ago. Are you the same,is your life the same? Can you identify any change? You must be better if I bet it right.  Now ask yourself how many have fought you? How many have talked evil against you? How many have unjustly judged your steps, actions and efforts? Should I encourage you now? No one including me will ever congratulate you in any step you take for your life. We always have the weakness of judging others thinking we are perfect. Start meditating on this Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. ( Deut 31:6 ) Yes. You got it right. That's what Vickie thought should tell you this morning. ```Wax your ears, shut your lips unto them. Open your eyes unto opportunities, seek God's guidance and trust Him.... Keep moving. It's done!!!``` Bl

PRAYER

Prayer is a strong weapon for people who know how to use it. We can use the weapon of prayer to put various things right with us. Does God Hear The Prayer of a Sinner? Based on the verses below it's clear in the Bible that unles one repents and ask for forgiveness his/her prayers may be noise before GOD. For our requests to be meaningful to God we should always admit, acknowledge and repent our sins. 1 Samuel 12:23 (KJV)  Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way : John 9:31 - Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth. Prov 28:9 - He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer [shall be] abomination. Prov 15:29 - The LORD [is] far from the wicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous. Psalms 66:18 - If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear [me]: 1 Peter

GETTING FOCUSED

By Victor Today I wish to talk about this  illness that has overtaken the lips and minds of many people. We readily wait to talk evil about those that are moving ahead. The term illuminati has become so easy to pronounce than 'God' which is only a 3-letter word. I got no problem with that but my concern is that we talk out of justification; no prove. Why do we like judging in such a way that we haven't witnessed? Why is it that we are making satan more stronger by glorifying him than God? That whenever Victor buys a car 🚗 or Winjila builds a big home today we are ready to say, this is illuminati and not a miracle from God? Have we forgoten that it's satan who tested Job but he kept mentioning God in everything? We need to change our mentality and start mentioning God more than Satan. I personally believe you foolish verbal diarrhoeas, gossipers and rumour mongers will talk about me in few coming day. I'll not fear for my Bible says; May he send help from
