PRAYER
Prayer is a strong weapon for people who know how to use it. We can use the weapon of prayer to put various things right with us.
Does God Hear The Prayer of a Sinner?
Based on the verses below it's clear in the Bible that unles one repents and ask for forgiveness his/her prayers may be noise before GOD. For our requests to be meaningful to God we should always admit,acknowledge and repent our sins.
1 Samuel 12:23 (KJV) Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you: but I will teach you the good and the right way:
Why should we pray?
➡We can pray for our lives, nation and many other things
➡ For God's grace to be with us
➡ A prayer is the key to the heart of God. It is the only way to a real and personal relationship with God.
➡ It helps acknowledge that He is God and that you accept his gracious gift ;Jesus Christ as lord and saviour. (Gen 17:1 and Rom 6:16,17)
Gen 17:1 (KJV) And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
Romans 6:16-18 (KJV)
16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.
18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
➡ Pray that his will be done in our lives that his holy spirit guide us and that we be filled with the fullness of all that God has for us
➡ Pray to worship.

We never want to presume upon God's goodness or take Him for granted. Our dependency upon
God will prevent us from falling into traps.
There are three important reasons why we should pray. God already knows everything including our needs and what he wants to accomplish in our lives.
1. To have fellowship with God as a cola borer.
2. For our own growth and maturity
3. To ensure that we will remain dependent upon him
~Pray without ceasing and in everything give thanks to the lord
Philippians 4:6 (KJV) Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
We should make prayer our daily routine.
